𒀭 Proposal

This proposal approves the max uint256 amount for pull transfer of the NANI token (⌘) by the official Uniswap V3: Positions NFT (UNI-V3-POS) master contract on Ethereum mainnet. This will enable the DAO to support various liquidity and market actions with its native token and act in its own interest as LP. There is low-to-no contract risk. The scope of control of the UNI-V3-POS contract is limited to pool actions (no admin). Therefore, the max approval is desirable for more efficient token interactions. Having the ability to create pools and otherwise manage UNI-V3-POS at this stage is also warranted to allow the DAO to officially recognize its token and avoid the risk of frontrunning or impersonation of the DAO in the coming months as its airdrop progresses.
